Bio-informatics Group

At this moment the structure of the UMCG Bio-informatics group is not yet finalized. There are on-going discussions about persons involved and infra-structure.

One of the important tasks of this group, in line with the already established collaboration with Prof. R.C. Jansen, is the development of the necessary, novel tools and statistical approaches to bring together the genomics, transciptomics and proteomics data flows into one stream of coordinated information.
